Precautions for operation and storage of tryptophan AS-BS
The color phenol AS-BS (135-65-9) can be used for dyeing vinylon, viscose fiber, silk and manufacturing fast pigments and neutrals. It is mainly used for cotton dyeing red primer, rose red with big red base R, blue peach red with big red base G. It can also be mixed with tryptophan A-S or tryptophan as-ol for priming, and then mixed with the bright red base g to obtain a very red color.
(1) Precautions for operation:
Operators shall receive special training and strictly abide by the operating procedures.
Operation and treatment shall be carried out in places with local ventilation or comprehensive ventilation facilities.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin and inhalation of vapors.
It is strictly prohibited to smoke in the workplace and keep away from kindling and heat sources.
Use explosion-proof ventilation system and equipment.
During the tank filling, the flow rate shall be controlled and the grounding device shall be equipped to prevent the accumulation of static electricity.
Avoid contact with prohibited substances such as oxidants.
Handle with care to prevent damage to packaging and containers.
Emptying the container may leave harmful substances.
Wash hands after use and do not eat in the workplace.
Fire fighting equipment and leakage emergency treatment equipment of corresponding varieties and quantities shall be provided.
(2) Storage precautions:
Store in cool and ventilated warehouse.
The storage temperature shall not exceed 37 ° C.
It shall be stored separately from oxidant and edible chemicals to avoid mixing (see Part 10 for prohibited preparation).
Keep container sealed.
Keep away from fire and heat.
Lightning protection equipment must be installed in the warehouse.
The exhaust system shall be equipped with electrostatic grounding device.
Explosion proof lighting and ventilation are adopted.
It is prohibited to use equipment and tools that are easy to generate sparks.
The storage area shall be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and appropriate storage materials.
